How to reach Rajasthan
Modern Rajasthan now offers better amenities and its network of roads, its transport system is improving steadily and its roads have some of the latest cars and buses along with rickshaws, camel carts and horse drawn tongas as well as the popular scooter rickshaws or tempos. The markets are lined with shopping extravaganzas.
By Rail- daily superfast trains connect Mumbai to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner and Udaipur.
By Air-There are regular flights connecting from Delhi and Mumbai to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur in Rajasthan.
By Road-Rajasthan has above 5000 km length of national highway and above 8000 km of state highway. Four lanes NH8 passes through the Jaipur and Udaipur and Agra is connected to Jaipur through a four lane road.

Climate in Rajasthan
The hottest of all seasons, summer from April to June ranges somewhere between 32 degree Celsius and 46 degree Celsius. During this season is Mt Abu. At day, hot winds blow from the west and these winds are called ‘Loo’. The monsoon season is from July to September ranges from 35 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Around 90% rains occur during this period.
The Post monsoon season lasts from October to November. The temperature during this season ranges from 33 degree Celsius to 38 degree Celsius.
From December to March. During this season, ranges from 4 Degree Celsius to 28 Degree Celsius. In areas like Mt Abu and Churu, the temperature drops to 0 degree Celsius.
Best time to visit Rajasthan between October and March. This is because during this period the weather remains very pleasant. It is neither too hot nor too cold.

Rajasthan Food Cusine
The cooking style followed in Rajasthan is based on the natural climatic conditions of this desert land. Due to scarcity of water and fresh green veggies it is preferred to use milk, butter milk and butter in larger quantities to minimize the amount of water while cooking food. The curries sabji are Keri, Kicha, Kikoda, Khaddi, Beans, Karela, Gajar, Guwar fali ki saag etc
Dried lentils and beans gram flour is the major ingredient in the making of a couple of delicacies such as "pakodi" "gatte ki sabzi" and papads. Rajasthanis are quite fond of chutneys, which are prepared using different spices such as coriander, turmeric, garlic and mint. The popular sweet Laapasi, Raabdi, and the most famous as per region are Mawa Kachori of Jodhpur, Rasogullas of Bikaner, Ghevar of Jaipur, Malpuas of Pushkar etc.
